Your date, your venue if you have picked one, and roughly what you are imagining.
I reply personally
Usually within 48 hours. A few emails, or a call if you would rather talk it through.
Your date is held
If it feels right on both sides, I send the details over and that is that.
Availability & response time
You will not be left wondering
A handful of weddings a year, so each one gets proper attention. If I am free for your date I will say so straight away, and just as straight away if I am not.
Within 48 hours, always. If it has been longer, check your spam folder — that is usually where it went.
