While every effort is made to capture meaningful moments, the Client understands that weddings are fast-moving events influenced by timing, lighting, guest availability, and venue constraints. For this reason, specific images or moments cannot be guaranteed. The Photographer will always work thoughtfully and attentively to tell the story of the day as it unfolds.
Clear & Firm
The Photographer does not guarantee the capture of any specific image, person, or moment. Coverage is dependent on timing, access, lighting, and guest cooperation. Failure to capture a particular image shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
This dual-tone approach runs consistently throughout, including clauses covering cancellation and postponement, client cooperation, artistic style and editing, delivery and turnaround, liability and equipment failure, and exclusivity with other photographers.
